Welcome to Tibequ Recording Studio. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our recording studio services and facilities. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
All studio sessions must be booked in advance through our official channels. Bookings can be made via email at [email protected] or by phone at +44 7734 815926. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session fee is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or immediately upon completion of the session. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. The Studio reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Sessions are charged by the hour, with a minimum booking of two hours. If your session exceeds the booked time, additional charges will apply at the standard hourly rate. Please arrive on time to maximize your booked session.
All Studio equipment and facilities must be treated with respect and care. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to equipment during their session. The Studio provides professional-grade microphones, instruments, mixing consoles, and software for your use. Personal equipment may be used with prior approval.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Studio premises:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client retains full ownership and copyright of all original compositions and performances recorded during sessions. The Studio retains ownership of all raw recordings, session files, and production elements until full payment is received.
The Studio reserves the right to use excerpts of recordings (not exceeding 30 seconds) for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless the Client explicitly opts out in writing.
The Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question. We maintain professional insurance but recommend Clients obtain their own coverage for valuable equipment or materials.
Clients are responsible for backing up their own work and materials. While we take reasonable precautions to protect data, the Studio is not responsible for loss of recordings due to technical failures, human error, or unforeseen circumstances.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws. Your contact details, payment information, and session data will be stored securely and used only for providing our services and communicating with you. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
The Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage Clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action.
